NiceGPU Usage-Based Incentive Program Beta Program
Overview
NiceGPU’s incentive model is based on GPU usage hours. Participants are rewarded with NCUs, which represent earnings tied directly to how much their GPUs are used.
- 1 NCU = $20 (USD)
- Rewards are calculated based on eligible GPU usage time.

- NVIDIA RTX 4090
- NVIDIA RTX 5090
- NVIDIA RTX 5080
- NVIDIA RTX 5070 Ti
- RTX 4080 Ti
- RTX 4080 SUPER

- RTX 4070 Ti SUPER

Payment Schedule
- Usage is tracked monthly.
- Payouts are processed within one week after the 4th of each month.
- Example: July usage → payout by August 11th.
- Before our payment system goes live, incentives will be paid in the form of equivalent-value Newegg Gift Cards.
Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
- Participation is limited to owners of eligible GPUs (currently RTX 4090, RTX 5090, RTX 5080, RTX 5070 Ti).
2. GPU Uptime Requirements
- GPUs must remain stably online and connected to the NiceGPU platform.
- Any downtime, disconnections, or unstable connections may result in reduced or lost credit for usage hours.
- If a GPU is taken offline while a task is running, the associated hours will not be counted or paid.
3. Usage Tracking & Data Accuracy
- NiceGPU’s internal monitoring system will be the sole source of truth for calculating GPU usage hours and earned NCUs.
- Discrepancies between participant’s local records and NiceGPU’s tracking data will be resolved in favor of NiceGPU’s logs.
4. Payment & Rewards
- Rewards are calculated in NCUs, with conversion based on actual GPU usage.
- Payouts will be processed within one week after the 4th of each month for the previous month’s usage.
- Payment methods and timing are subject to adjustment during the testing phase.
5. Program Status & Changes
- This incentive program is currently in a testing phase.
- NiceGPU reserves the right to modify rates, eligible GPUs, payout schedules, or program rules at any time without prior notice.
- Participation in the program does not guarantee future eligibility in production-level incentive programs.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Any attempt to manipulate uptime, usage data, or system behavior will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of rewards.
- Unauthorized modifications to the NiceGPU client, reverse engineering, or tampering with data tracking are strictly prohibited.
7. Liability & Risk
- NiceGPU is not responsible for hardware failures, overheating, increased power consumption, or other impacts related to GPU usage.
- Participants are solely responsible for maintaining proper cooling, stable power supply, and reliable internet connectivity.
8. Termination of Participation
- Participants may voluntarily remove their GPUs from the platform at any time.
- NiceGPU reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation if system abuse, fraud, or policy violations are detected.
